In our preschool classroom, the three to five-year-olds begin to understand feelings and friends. Their fine motor skills are sharpened by buttoning and zipping clothes, drawing, beading string, and cutting with scissors. Teachers support the children by counting, sorting, and grouping objects together through play. Our outdoor classroom allows children to explore freely and expand dramatic play. The preschool children move up to the school age room as they enter Kindergarten.
