The Valley Child Development Center’s 4th and most Successful Business Partner Program
This, the 4th year of businesses partnering with The Valley Child Development Center has
resulted in even more businesses investing in our high-quality care and learning center! The
Valley Child Development Center appreciates Our Community’s Businesses Supporting Our
Community’s Children for Our Community’s Future.
The 2024 Business Partners Program consisted of 4 levels with various benefits at each level.
All partners will receive: a certificate of recognition to be displayed in their business; their
business was listed on the TVCDC Street Car Days parade float; their business is prominently
posted on a banner at TVCDC’s entrance; and media recognition. Every child will receive a
book to take home with upper level businesses named inside the front cover. The $1,000 level
and greater will receive complimentary tickets to the Directors’ Dinner. Our top level partners,
Gottsch Cattle Company, and Herrick Ag Solutions each sponsored a school age child to attend
one of the amazing camps this past summer.
The Valley Child Development Center in Red Cloud is a non-profit center and serves as a model
program for rural Nebraska, providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for our most
precious local resource: our children. Because TVCDC provides high-quality care and learning,
there is a monthly “quality gap” to pay staff an equitable wage while keeping parent’s tuition
affordable. Support from the businesses helps to continue to provide high-quality services that
our community’s children and families deserve, to assist area employers, and to raise up the
entire community.
Advantages of our high-quality child development center include dependable services allowing
parents to attend work consistently and raise healthy, successful children; employees go to work
feeling confident, trusting the quality early childhood educators as partners in the health,
physical, socio-emotional, and intellectual development of their children; and attracting new
employees, while encouraging young families to move to the Red Cloud community. We
encourage and accept families who qualify for the Nebraska Child Care Subsidy program. High-
quality child care and learning services provide countless advantages to the children, ages 6
weeks to 12 years, who receive quality interactions with teachers, stimulating multi-sensory
activities, and nutritious meals in a safe environment, all which set the stage for successful
futures.
